Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped (except for orders, including pre-orders, paid for with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Card or PayPal account which are charged at the time you place your order, not when your order is shipped). Pricing and Content Information

While Ethorapk strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Ethorapk cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Ethorapk shall have the right, at Ethorapk's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Ethorapk may, at Ethorapk's discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We do our best to provide you with great values on the Site. Ethorapk does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day.

Customers employing mobile devices to browse the Site may encounter pricing or availability information that is either outdated or inaccurate. Accordingly, pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation at checkout for mobile users.

Merchandise Content: Ethorapk attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. Shipping Charges

These are applied as per weight and vary from city to city and country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the final review of your order page, before you pay for the goods. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

Return & Refund Policy

At Ethorapk, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

There shall be a 10% handling charge of total price on all orders accepted for a refund.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
